How do I place a booking?

You can either make an enquiry through our website, call us 01423 861122 or email us at info@ripleytraining.co.uk and we will send you a confirmation email within 48 hours.

Where do we deliver the training, what time does the course start and finish?

We mainly use meetings room or waiting areas at your practice. Start and finish times are driven by you and most practices prefer 1 – 4 pm. Ideally we like to get to your practice about ½ before the start of the training to setup the room. If you can provide a flipchart stand and paper this will be ideal and for larger groups we recommend the use of a projector and a PC/Laptop (not essential). All pieces of equipment can be provided if needed.

How many people can attend a training session?

We place a high level of importance on smaller group training to ensure you get the most of the training. In our experience the ideal number is about eight however we are flexible to increase the numbers upto 25 given a good sized room and the needs of the practice.

What does the training include?

All of our short training sessions include a training pack, stationery and certificates.

How do you cater for people with disabilities?

We are responsive to your requirements so if you have any specific disability requirements simply let us know and we will make reasonable adjustments to enable you to get the most from our course.

If I have any questions about the course who should I speak to?

Simply call one of our team on 01423 861122 and we will either answer your questions or we will ask the trainer delivering the course to call you directly to respond directly to your questions. We are always interest in finding out more about the issues/challenges being experienced so these can be built into the training to the benefit those attending.

How can I pay?

Most of our clients pay by BACS following receipt of our PDF invoice. We also accept payment by cheque as long as the funds have cleared prior to the date of the course. We can also take payment by card through our PayPal or World Pay accounts and we can send you a payment link on an email. We do require payment in advance of the training otherwise we reserve the right to delay the training date.

What if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel then contact us at the earliest opportunity on 01423 861122 so we can discuss your options. Where possible we will apply discretion however the full cost of the course is normally applied if the cancellation is within two weeks of the course date. Do you offer training packages and training accounts?

We can build a training package around your needs and this package can consist of a mixture of training courses specific to your needs over 12 months. Call us on 01423 861122 to discuss your requirements in more detail. We also offer practices with the opportunity to protect training funds allocated by providing an invoice to cover your projected training requirements over a financial year – please call us on 01423 861122 to discuss your requirements in more detail.
